An update on our short-term operational changes

 

At Christys' London, craft is key. Since its founding in 1773, Miller Christys' passion for impeccable quality and skilled craftsmanship has passed through generations of hat makers, safeguarding Christys ' red and gold insignia as a symbol synonymous with fine traditionally crafted hats. Christys was and is a brand with an eye on the future and, while methods have remained largely unchanged and heritage is paramount, it is the capacity to transcend trends and social borders that makes Christys' hats as sought after as ever.



Throughout our 247 history we have remained open through 2 world wars, have seen 9 British monarchs on the throne, employed thousands of workers in our factories and seen our iconic hats adorn the heads of millions of people from the rich and famous to household’s around the world.

The Covid 19 pandemic has created unprecedented challenges for people and businesses all over the world, and our business is no exception.


Our 2 London stores in St Christopher's Place and Princes Arcade are now open for business! Our staff look forward to welcoming you in store. We also have our Station Lane shop at our head office which is now open for customers by appointment only please call 01993 770736 to book your appointment.


Our online business remains active and we are committed to delivering your orders as widely as we can during this time. www.christys-hats.com.


We have extended our return policy to 45 days from when the order is shipped and we will endeavor to answer any questions within 5 working days, please direct queries to internetorders@christys-hats.com.
